Cuppa:About

Photo by Lloyd CazesIn addition to seminars and events offered for the specific purpose of teaching and learning focused dialogue, the CTL dialogues with our MCC community using the following venues:

Join  your colleagues in the CTL each Friday  between 9:00 and 11:00 for our weekly CUPPA event.

"What does CUPPA mean?" you might be asking. Well, CUPPA means "a cup of tea". Drinking tea promotes good health and long life. In fact, ivillage gives 10 benefits of drinking tea including bolstering your immune system and increasing your metabolism. The actual act of drinking tea causes one to slow down, relax, and for short time enjoy a slower pace of life. Drinking tea in groups offers the opportunity for interaction and thoughtful discussion (a.k.a. "dialogue"). These are our goals here in the CTL with our weekly Friday CUPPA event. Come, relax, enjoy a cup of tea and companionship and discussion with your colleagues.

For those who still want their regular caffiene boost, we do serve coffee as well. Dunkin Donuts are also known to appear quite regularly.
