In attendance at the DLMG meeting: Aileen Ormiston, Allie Marino, Elizabeth Atencia-Oliden, Erica Morley, Gretchen Berning, Janell Pierce, Karen Blevins, Keith Anderson, Kim Hohol, Ray Gless, Thom Schuett, and Peggy Johnson.

Faculty were introduced to the basics of WebCT in a hands-on session. Topics covered included the differences between live and development courses, selecting WebCT tools, selective release feature, and backing up your WebCT course. It was suggested that faculty assure their students have read the syllabus the first week of the semester by either having students take a quiz on the information presented in the syllabus or sign a form saying they have read it, understand it, and will comply with it.

We will be working with WebCT next week again. If you have documents you would like to upload into your course, bring them with you on a thumb drive or CD. If they are Word documents, you want to convert them to htm or html documents for uploading.
