Minutes for  March 1 ,2007 ,   4  P.M.-  5:30 P.M.  CTL Workroom

BREEZE

Faculty were introduced to Breeze Presentation software in a hands-on session. To download Breeze to your home or office computer, click on this link http://ctl.mc.maricopa.edu/_ctl_SD/resources/helpdocs/workshops/breeze_pres/index.html

Once Breeze is installed, you will see it in the toolbar of your Powerpoint Presentation screens. Breeze allows you to compress your Powerpoint presentation into a Flash file. You can also record audio to accompany your slides. You can insert quiz questions into the Powerpoint presentation.  COMING ATTRACTIONS

We will be working with Respondus software next week to create and upload quiz questions into WebCT.  It is recommended that you follow the directions in an earlier email for checking if the publisher of your textbook already has questions in Respondus for quick uploading.
