In attendance at the DLMG meeting:    Shereen Lerner, David Schultz and Peggy Johnson.

Shereen and David learned how to use Study Mate to create online games for their students.  Information on how to download Study Mate, acess example games created with Study Mate, and the workshop hand-out can be found at http://www.mc.maricopa.edu/other/ctl/_ctl_SD/resources/helpdocs/workshops/web_games/index.html

Explore Richard Felnagle's outstanding online humanities course. It incorporates a lot of streaming video. In the spring, MCC will be conducting a pilot course in which faculty will learn how to create their own streaming video. Sometime in the future, this option may interest you as a way to create variety in your presentation of course materials. Contact Peggy for information on how to access Richard's outstanding creation.

Next week's meeting will be a working meeting. Bring any supplies you will need to spend the time working on your course. We'll start at 4 P.M. in AS 192.
