Innovative Instructional Technologies
2007-8 #1 Evaluate, promote, and support innovative and appropriate use of new instructional and multimedia technologies (especially those that integrate with WebCT and MCC Online).

Adjunct Professional Development
2007-8 #2 MCC CTL Adjunct Mentoring and Professional Development Initiative to provide support and professional development opportunites for underserved adjunct faculty.

2007-8 #3 Promote awareness and reflection on Scholarly Teaching by all faculty and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. Expand Faculty and Professional Learning Community (FPLC) Program to connect and engage MCC faculty and staff in scholarly teaching by including new people and topics and by enhancing program components.

2007-8 #4 Plan and implement the first annual MCC CTL Teaching and Learning Conference to showcase FPLC, Kaleidoscope, EDP, Learning Grant, Experimental Classroom, and other teaching and learning evaluation projects.

2007-8 #5 Support the development of MCC Online using the strengths and experience of our faculty and the scholarship of online teaching and learning. Build on the success of our Distance Learning Mentoring Group (DLMG) model and the experience of our online English DLMG for adjuncts pilot to develop a comprehensive Adjunct DLMG program. Enhance communication channels with Information Technology and MCC Web Team to support MCC Online.
