The goals of the 2007-8 FPLC Yearend Retreat are:
- Recognition of FPLC leaders
- Recognition of post-FPLC awards
- Recognition of FPLC member's participation
- Promote among FPLC communication and connections
- Welcome and initiate new FPLC members
- Set a tone for the new FPLC members of collegial interaction and teamwork
